Dr. Keehan is the best dermatologist I've ever visited. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns in one visit, patiently answered all of my questions, and even made sure I got instructions on how to get a rebate for a prescription he gave me. I got an elective, cosmetic treatment as well as a prescription to control acne. He went above and beyond by taking the time to give me extra information--recommending a higher SPF moisturizer than the one I had been using before I went to see him. I have been personally seen by Dr. Keehan and I have sent multiple friends to visit him as well. Her is a very personable dermatologist and makes you feel very comfortable talking about sensitive subjects. I have been to visit him 3 times and I always left feeling better about myself. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Premeir Dermatology is a well-run, advanced dermatology clinic with great people. Dr. Keehan and his staff are both friendly and professional and have always made me feel very comfortable. I have seen Dr. Keehan for both medical and cosmetic treatments and find that he is thorough, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any and all of my questions. I'm impressed each time I visit their office and intend to be a long-time patient of Dr. Keehan's.
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
