Update to my original review: Four years later, Patrick helped me sell my home. As soon as I told him I wanted to sell, he got the ball rolling and made everything easy. The house was not ready to sell when I contacted him, and with his help we repaired and updated what we needed to and he made the process smooth. He is always responsive and knows how to come up with solutions to keep all parties involved happy. Would always choose to work with him.
