I work in the medical field, and in my entire career—both professionally and as a patient—I have never experienced the level of disorganization and lack of accountability that I did with Genesis Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. I strongly do not recommend this practice. Very professional, listen to patient concerns and answer them and made sure patient is satisfied.
I would give no stars if possible I have an issue with a doctor who thinks an examination is something they can do standing in the doorway. An X-ray was taken and there was a fracture in my foot. Seems they don't handle that saying although I questioned wasn't the foot part of the skeletal system that they don't treat that and I should see a podiatrist. I was in terrible pain, every step was like a knife going into my foot and although I'm certain they could care less my insurance doesn't cover podiatrists.The worst orthoped... read more
