Nice staff no long wait time
My visit at Genesis clinic was such a refreshing experience, most front desk personnel are often to busy to do anything but.give instructions, once I arrived to check in the front desk personnel were so Pleasant and helpful, which made my whole Appointment an excellent experience., Dr. Wang was very kind and explained the best treatment for me., which is always Greatly appreciated.
I had a great experience at Genesis Orthopedics. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clinicians were very professional, and even with a packed waiting room, I was seen at my appointment time. They take the necessary images for your consultation, so you are getting a complete assessment on your first visit. Dr. Wang was thorough and patient with me; he answered all my questions. Overall, I am very happy I chose Genesis Orthopedics, it was well worth the long drive.
It provided a comfortable waiting area.
Physician and staff were extremely personable and very professional. I highly recommend this group, particularly Dr. Diamond.
