Needed a referral but it was never sent so that costs me an extra 100 bucks. No discount for cash unless over 1000 and then only 5 % but they give ins 50% discount or more. They dont care about people in my opinion. Callled during office hours and they kept hanging up on me. I called many times. I hope this cost them at least 100
