visited KWOC / Dr. O'Neil for consultation for severely sprained left ankle. Dr. O'Neil consultation was timely and highly professional, with excellent communication treatment recommendations

Dr O’Neill was patient & thorough, explaining the risks & rewards of surgery. An added bonus…he was punctual!

Excellent Doctor - Office Staff Not So Much - I broke my foot in early December. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I got in within a few days. However, he did not take new x-rays. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I am in tremendous pain. I want to schedule an appointment and get rays, but, no one answers the phone. On hold for half and hour and left four messages last week with no return call. Unacceptable.

I arrived with a broken ankle & Dr. O’Neill was assuring & explained my road to recovery in clear terms. Luckily, no surgery needed. I was put in a boot, with complete explanatory instructions & a recheck in 3 weeks. Dr. O’Neill’s credentials are excellent and I opine he is a caring, competent provider.
