waited for about an hour. His RN came in and apologized and she diagnosed me and Gave me discharge instructions I stated that I am paying for a doctor and want t see the doctor
Today I met with Dr. O’Neill’s assistant Kristin Flis nurse practitioner. I have had ongoing issues with pain in my left foot for the last 6 months. Ms. Flis was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Unlike typical doctor appointments I did not feel rushed or “on the clock” which was much appreciated. Although I had a difficult time scheduling my appointment due to staff shortage, my experience with the doctor was satisfactory. Dr. O’Neill is very personable and put me at ease very quickly. He is very skilled at finding the area that needed a cortisone shot and made it less painful than I have experienced in the past. The office staff was very friendly and courteous.
From check-in to check out and especially including the doctor, everyone was extremely nice and clear with all the instructions.
Dr ONeill is a caring competent professional. I would recommend him unequivocally.

Nurse Pam is a doll. So sweet. Very helpful. As ALWAYS Dr O’Neil took his time with me explained everything. Made recommendations and helped the pain that I had in my feet. I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Only negative was I had to wait on hold for 35 mins to make appt. On Monday. They really have to get more telephone staff to make appts. Today wait for Dr was great. I love Kennedy White.
He spent plenty of time explaining the problem and what I should do about. He answered all of my questions and was not in a rush.
