I should note that PHC's academics (both the course content and the quality of the professors) deserve a solid five stars. However, the school's lack of accreditation (and to a lesser extent, my experience with residence life as both a student and an RA) are less than desirable. The campus is very small, and during my time there (2010-2013) the community was not the healthiest.
