I would recommend that you ask for before & after pictures of his work. My experience was NOT positive. I had a revision surgery and gave up. My nose is still crooked and I have issues with breathing. While he is a very nice man I can only speak from my experience and say - ask for AFTER pics of his work prior to scheduling any plastic surgery. Consult with other doctors. I want to tell you about my experience with Dr. Pownell and his staff. WOW!! If you need a plastic surgeon and live close enough to drive to See Him. I would totally do it. This is the doctor that everybody should have. His staff was amazing and kind. And then he came in and he is honest and kind and gentle and caring and was truly amazing. I can’t speak to how good of a surgeon Dr. Pownell is due to being rescheduled 2 times and then eventually being told I could not be seen for over 4 months for a simple mole removal. Honestly, it’s probably for the best as his bed side manner was less than professional.
