Dr. Jackson reviewed my results thoroughly with me to explain why/how the procedure can help he and was very understanding of my discomfort. Scheduled my procedure
I have to have my gallbladder removed. So my Hemotology Dr. Craig Kessler recommended Dr. Patrick Jackson general surgeon. I saw him for the 1st time 9/8/2025. I have been very hesitant about this surgery due to I'm a high risk patient. I have a clotting disorder. Dr. Patrick Jackson was very professional, as well as very understanding, and caring. Took time to discus pros and cons of even getting the surgery discussed significant risks I bring to the table. Discussed 4 available surgeries to eliminate the problem. Said one was out of the picture at least for him. Quicker resolution but stronger pain for about a week was my choice. He agreed to schedule when I requested after input from other doctors re risks brought to the table.
I strongly recommend Dr. Patrick Jackson as a general surgeon and greatly appreciate being under his care, which is of highest quality.
Dr. Jackson, Is kind, caring and has incredible bedside manner. He is trustworthy, and honest. I appreciate our communication and his follow-up and interest prior to and after surgery. He is highly involved with his resident's, which means a group of highly qualified physicians with excellent bedside manner is being trained. Im grateful to have met them all and be treated by Dr. J!
