my roof had wind damage, and the crew helped me through the insurance claim from start to finish. liam kept clear communication with me and the insurance adjuster, and the whole roofing job moved along fast and smoothly. once the old two layers of shingles were torn off, the roofers found plank decking underneath, which was not a proper nailable surface for the new roofing system. because the attic was finished, they could not inspect the roof deck from inside ahead of time. when that came up, damian explained everything in... read more
I hired this roofing crew for several jobs, from a small roof repair to a full roof replacement, and each experience went very well. Brad, the foreman, and the crew arrived early and handled the work in a very professional way. They took care to protect my siding and landscaping by laying down tarps before starting the roofing work. Brad kept in touch at the end of each day so I always knew how the roof project was moving along. That kind of clear communication made the whole process easy and stress free. Crossland Roofing Viejo gave me clear, reliable details about a metal roofing system from the start. Nicholas took the time to explain the metal roof options, materials, installation steps, and what to expect during the whole roofing project. The full process, from the first call to the final inspection, was smooth, organized, and fast for a roof replacement. I was updated at every stage, the crew stayed on schedule, and they always showed up on time. My family is very happy with the finished metal roof and the service we re... read more

I did not know this kind of roofing add-on was available, so I appreciated the helpful re... read more
i’m very thankful for the fast response to my emergency roofing service call. gary quickly found the source of the water leak above my den and clearly explained what was going on with the roof. After a short inspection, he gave me a practical fix right away and made the whole process easy to understand. He also took time to inspect the rest of the roof system for any hidden trouble, including shingles, flashing, and vent areas that i might not have noticed. I really appreciated that extra care and attention to detail. This w... read more
