He was arrogant, cold and impatient to me .He did not give me any medical records or post-operative instructions on paper after visiting ,but only verbally informed me that I needed to come back to see him. Because he never read visit history in advance ,then he forgot why I was there. In a year for 11 times visits him . He only gave me a little nose spray and one procedure . Worse staff, worse physician. Zero compassion, bedside manner, customer service or professionalism. With the recent breach and absolute catastrophe handling customers, you would expect the staff to he overly attentive for fear of losing what remaining patients they have. It was the complete opposite of what you would expect. Beware if you choose to proceed with this clinic.
I am happy to say I had a great experience with Dr Fitzgerald. He was very nice to me personally. He is compassionate, very knowledgeable, and professional. I had my sinus operation with him. The whole process from seeing the doctor before, and after the surgery was smooth. The receptionists and his team were always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Patrick Fitzgerald is an amazing doctor and outstanding surgeon. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The operation was a success!
