Patrick Erb provided outstanding service. Very good knowledge about all of the parts of a home. He set up a convenient day and time so that I could attend the inspection. I think I may know more about the house than the sellers do. We were there for over 3 hours and the report was emailed to me later in evening. He even came back a few weeks later to provide follow up after the plumbing was repaired (leaks in crawl space), the attic wiring was fixed and a fungus was treated. I tried to give him a tip.
