I would recommend reducing or eliminating the tablet questions when possible. They can feel repetitive and take additional time, especially when the assistant asks the same questions again before seeing the doctor. Streamlining this process would make the check-in experience more efficient.

Dr. Greis is an amazing surgeon!!!!! He performed a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery on me in May and I now have 85% of my range of motion and strength back. It is life changing to be able to use both arms again and to play sports again.
