I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been unacceptable. I have contacted the office at least five times regarding a prescription that my insurance company already approved. Each time, I was only able to leave a message, and despite multiple requests, no one has called me back or provided an update. The prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy.
