Unlike some reviews I've seen, I had a very positive experience with the Northwest Medical staff. Dr. Srivastava was a different story. I saw he had mixed reviews but took the appointment because I've been waiting ages for a primary care appointment.He seemed annoyed that I wanted to tell him the symptoms that I came in to talk about, which have kept me out of work for the past couple years. Dr. Koshkarian is a great doctor. He spends time with you and answers all questions and concerns. But, neither he nor his NP follow up on prescription refill requests from the pharmacy! Every prescription they have put me on, when the number of refills runs out and the pharmacy reaches out, they get no response! This is not the first, or even third time this has happened! I have called and sent messages through their patient portal and both go unanswered. Not good!

I had a followup visit with Dr. Srivastava and found him easy to converse with, thorough in his questions and answers and knowledgeable.
Dr Davis and staff are incompetent They don’t follow up with patient care and could care less what happens to you.
Took almost 2 months to be seen but that is normal in this town. Staff was great and Dr Mizyed was wonderful. My procedure was scheduled for a week later. Hopefully everything will be fine. I would recommend Dr Mizyed
Please read other reviews, Under Google and his staff are deplorable. They will yell at you if you question their professional behavior. Especially when their automated system has incorrect information about your copays. ($100. I paid to see my primary care). My health insurance directed me not to pay them more than $5. Before the deplorable front desk took over the very former sweet front desk staff. former ladies are not able to be around. Dr. Lin was always so extremely thorough and took everything. I told him seriously. I really appreciated being treated with respect.
I love Dr. Manjul, She is very business like but pays close attention to my health and is always willing to refer me out for specialists. She respects me and cares about my health.
