Team Brady, my great experience communicates very well, and accomplished the goal we set out to do, to close escrow. Communication and execution is great. I appreciated it, as there are soo many things to cover over the process of buying a property. thank you for the smooth close of escrow and on time they set a goal to open and close escrow in 14 days and they did it !!! As a lender, I work with many realtors. There are all types out there. Patrick Brady is an amazing agent and works so hard for his clients. He had a buyer that came to him with their own lender. With Patrick's negotiating skills he was able to secure the property for the buyers where there were multiple offers. Everyone was so happy until they did the inspection.
