Not good. He sold the house, but I had to show people around myself more often than not. That was annoying, but I went along with it because I really wanted to leave the area. He also ignored me when I said I didn't want to stay at a motel. I said I wanted to look at houses before selling and then set up a purchase so I could just move right. The idea of selling a house can be daunting. From the start, Patrick made our experience everything but daunting. He was professional and brought Avis knowledge and a positive attitude through and through. He allowed no room for stress - he made the whole process seamless. The communication was 10/10. My experience working with Patrick (Realtor) was 5-Five Star! He was very knowledgable and experienced. Good at communicating throughout the whole process. Kept me up to speed great! Lastly, is still available post-deal for support and follow up! Just overall GREAT experience buying a home with an expert partner to assist!!
