Patrick is the best realtor you could possibly ask for. He was our realtor selling my mom's house while we lived hundreds of miles away. He tirelessly worked to navigate us through the selling process including some complicated appraisal requirements. He was very communicative, available, and always presented the situation and possible options clearly for us. He also helped find the right contractors for various repairs we wanted done. I give Patrick my highest recommendation!

Patrick was great to work with. He listened well and provided me very relevant listings. I live out of state so he worked closely with my family members in the area walking them thru houses on my behalf. Really appreciated him making the time to do videos of each walk thru for me and following up with me via phone calls after each one. I felt he was very honest with me and kept me grounded at times as it’s always stressful moving. He exceeded my expectations.
