Dr Mulligan took great care of me during a severe allergic reaction to a broad spactrum antibiotic that is used during surgery. He stabilized me within a few minutes and made sure I was breathing ok and all rlse that it intails. After I was back in my room after recovery he came in and explained everything that happened and.made sure he sent out bloodwork to investigate which antibiotic I was allergic to.
