In my experience with this agent , I would give a negative number if it was offered! He was "too busy" on other issues in his life to give my house the attention to sell it. He showed up to open houses acted like he was in a hurry to get out, dressed like he was going to work in the yard, telling potential clients what was wrong with the home and several other issues.
