Took out one screw in wall and put another in. Hung new key pad on screw. He did program it. When I agreed to approx 160. Thought needed wiring. Looked on Internet I could have bought key pad for 20. They charged me 267. 50. So how much for a service call. Taking advantage of customers. Wonder what they would charge for 2 screws. However the tech was a very nice young man.
