Graham and Ben were absolutely fantastic! They showed up the same day, gave us great advice about our garage, and had our new opener installed in under an hour. They cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful, and truly a pleasure to be around. I really appreciated Graham making direct contact to let me know he was running a bit behind and then updating me when he was on the way. Professional, efficient, and friendly—couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommend.
Our experience with Patrick Allen has always been good. The last time I called they were in the area and came in a few hrs. They were polite and got the problem fixed quickly. There was a dirt dabber nest in the lighting fixture which they removed and even cleaned up the mess and Greased and oiled the door. It was like brand new. We highly recommend Patrick Allen company to anyone looking for garage doors with great service.
Graham Campbell was the utmost professional technician. He was thorough and explained everything we needed done in a way I could understand. He came out, did a trouble shoot, got the needed parts and came right back. A couple of hours later WTOK-TV had an operable garage door again! Thank you Graham Campbell!
