The worst company I ever used. They serviced my doors and 2 days later one failed and they wanted $915.00 to reattach a cable. Ill never use them again
I called to simply request a new remote for my garage and was told $150 for service call and they would service and check my garage door and $67 for remote. I just wanted a remote and have it programmed. Then the lady tried to explain about things going up. I said mam just six months ago I had a new remote and door panel installed and it wasnt $217. Ive been a loyal customer for the last 10years with them replace a broken spring on my lift. Stop trying to upsell and give the customer exactly what they asked for. Now ill give... read more
