Price-gouging salon, wants to be high-end, but it is not – I had a very negative experience at Patricia's. I was forced to pay for a toner/color service that did not take to my hair. Patricia (the owner) herself said in a very unfriendly, gruff, inarticulate way "color was used, you pay." Every now and then you get a wacko, and this is the case. Client came complaining from another salon that ruined her hair in the area. The salon over processed her hair, and scalp was irritated, and hair color uneven. I recommend a toner to make her hair more even, did not want to over process her hair. She was flip flopping all over the place. After the toner, her hair was more even. This is the type of person who is just a complainer. I recommend any other salons avoid this person. You love this salon – I have gone to plenty of hair extension salons but after I was referred to Patricia hair extension salon, I never had to look again. Great Extensions & Great Company – Patricia hair salon matched my hair extensions PERFECTLY to my hair color in one try. The turnaround was so quick and the quality was excellent. Patricia truly loves what she does and has great attention to detail and quality. They are very helpful with answering questions, helping you with the extensions, etc. I wore mine to my wedding and they looked awesome- lots of compliments. Melinda is the BEST!! – I went to Patricia'd very nervous and with a bad highlights job. I was obv nervous to try a new stylist after what I have been through since I moved back to NYC. Melinda said she would fix everything,and she delivered. My blonde highlights are the BEST I have ever ever gotten. She asks you what you want and makes you feel at home.
