VIKING ARMS Buildings 1 and 2.. I started out living in building 2 on the 16th floor. The noise carries very easily from above in the penthouse. I couldnt move at all in my bedroom without the person above hearing and vice versa. This floor had a sepreate set of stairs that led up to the 17th floor. It was home to homeless people on countless occasions. I could always tell when a homeless person was in there because they closed the door to that area for privacy when they were there. I have been a resident of Boardwalk Centre Edmonton for 23 years now and have enjoyed my time here. My suite has a stunning skyline view of downtown and a birds eye view of the Rivervalley. Recently, I signed a rare two-year lease at a great rate as a long-term tenant, which was a nice recognition of my loyalty. Like any large residential complex, there have been issues over the years, and I'd be a hypocrite to say I haven't experienced many of the concerns mentioned in other reviews. Maureen Manor became my home in 2004. I tried other places but returned because it's the best one find so close to downtown but so quiet and clean, The maintenance is prompt, the management is efficient, and the view of the River Valley! The one noisy night is July 1st, because this spot is very comfortable for watching Canada Day fireworks.

We have been with Boardwalk for over 16 years. Most of our time has been at Habitat Village. There are many amazing people working here but Louie is top of the line! He is always smiling and courteous. He goes above and beyond to help and always guarantees that any job is completed with precision and to my complete satisfaction. Unresolved Initial Inspection Issues: Since moving in on November 11, 2023, several problems from our Initial Inspection Report remain unaddressed, including partially painted front door, paint residue on cupboards and doors, paint chips on kitchen countertops and floors, discoloured windowpanes, no fireplace cover, holes in basement walls, and a rusty bathroom vanity.
