The countertops were put in late because they took the wrong measurements. They then had to redo the blacksplash because the wrong measurement was done again. The guy was a no show one day and didnt even call. Very unprofessional. Took longer than it should have been.

Our General contractor recomended Patrician for our baths which included 3 sinks, two tub surounds, and a walk in shower. The installation was done while I was 1800 miles away. When I came down to check a year later I found that it still was not complete and the caulking was bad even missing. The general said he would get them back to finish. We went back to Il and came back this Oct. one year later and found all the parts installed but the caulking was smeared on the surfaces. I called to ask what I could use to clean it an... read more
