Called to ask for assistance and was rudely brushed off. Guess we won't be hiring them to manage our properties in the future.
Terrible management company. They expect renters to pay by snail mail in the year of our Lord 2025. My car was stolen when they started charging to park in the lot so, I'm not going up there to drop off cash or check when I could easily send the payment in one of multiple electronic payments platforms. They even took to me to court for non-payment last summer when I could easily see my payments were deposited each month from my bank account to theirs. I currently have a permanent lung disease because my HOA would not approve a design change to allow me to fix a deluge of water coming into my house (Kips Ridge). Patrician's representative continues to send harassing messages to me regarding my inability to park in my garage after being in a hotel for 2.5 months while mold remediation has been going on.
