The lady Joanne from Patrician Associates is the rudest person I ever had to deal with. She is not professional in how she speaks to people and should be fired from her profession. You got landlords charging for multiple parking spots around $150 a month for parking. Some of the people who are parking there don't even live on the property. They live down and across the street. I currently live in a location where they manage. These people don’t listen to anyone you ask them to please Pick up an area that doesn’t look so well they tell you yes yes yes but no one ever does. It don’t ever use this management company. They are horrible.
Called to ask for assistance and was rudely brushed off. Guess we won't be hiring them to manage our properties in the future.
Terrible management company. They expect renters to pay by snail mail in the year of our Lord 2025. My car was stolen when they started charging to park in the lot so, I'm not going up there to drop off cash or check when I could easily send the payment in one of multiple electronic payments platforms. They even took to me to court for non-payment last summer when I could easily see my payments were deposited each month from my bank account to theirs. I currently have a permanent lung disease because my HOA would not approve a design change to allow me to fix a deluge of water coming into my house (Kips Ridge). Patrician's representative continues to send harassing messages to me regarding my inability to park in my garage after being in a hotel for 2.5 months while mold remediation has been going on.
