Office staff is very rude and I'm having problems with billing. I will not go back!
Love this office. Dr. Satterfield treated my wife's skin cancer and did a fabulous job with the smallest scar ever. Real pro!
Unfortunately, this office has the most disrespectful and unprofessional scheduler my family has ever encountered. It took multiple days to get through to a person. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes today, I could speak to a person. The woman was unbelievably rude, said the office is booked out over 7 months and when I started to ask a question she hung up on me!
