Dr. Roy has been my Doctor for 28 years and I don't know what I would do without her. She is kind, considerate, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait to be seen. I have recommended Dr. Roy and her staff to both family and friends and will continue to do so. I'm not sure where the people that posted negative reviews went, but it was definitely NOT Dr. Roy's office.

I have been going there for over 20 years after being unhappy with a different provider. I have never waited more then 15 min for an appointment and usually less. They also have evening and Saturday hours which is amazing. The staff obviously works well together. Dr. Roy is extremely knowledgeable and obviously works at staying informed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
