Stay away from this office!! Dr. Fontenot refused to see my son for a physical because I had to cancel the appointment. Saying that a no call no show isn’t tolerated. I called and set appointment up at 11:42 AM for that exact day at 1:45 PM then called back to move the day and it was 12:05 PM and they were at lunch until 1:30 so not sure how I was supposed to get get ahold of anyone sooner. If I could give a lower rating I would. I gave a courtesy call to let them know that I was running 3 mins late because of traffic, and problems leaving work, and was told that I would have to reschedule. After having to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor on a previous visit, and after the man at the desk messed up and didn't put me on the schedule even though I made the appointment standing right in front of him at the office, she should at least have the courtesy to wait 3 mins! I have known dr fontenot and been comingvto her for a great number of years. Her and her staff are awesome and really do whats best for you. Also see dr sylvan and she is great!!!!!!
