Dr M O'gara is great. He is gentle with shots - never knew I was getting them during administration of numbing agent.
Dental work ok, but financially worse than bad. I checked with my insurer afterwards. I was charged $60 for my cleaning and shouldn't have. I expect a full refund. Your staff said my insurance only covers preventative. Wrong. It pays 70 % for fillings etc. Plus if it only covers preventative, why did I have to.pay $60? Very dishonest. You should hang a sign outside that reads: highway robbers inside.
Simple, clean and straight forward on line presence makes it easier for me to navigate the site.
Professionalism above and beyond the call of duty as well as laid back, yet attentive and caring as well as compassionate staff and care.
I also enjoyed the birthday e-mail. It so funny . There is nothing better than having a fun laugh. Thank-you.
