I hate to call someone out like this but the lack of care and professionalism in this job could be a matter of life or death. With that being said here is my sugar coated version of how I really feel….. Jodi at Patricia Neal West is a terrible case manager. My mother was discharged with all boxes checked as if she was rehabilitated. So many of the items checked had been discussed SEVERAL times to be not true. They remained checked anyways. My 91 yo mother had fallen and injured her neck. She is frail, but had been thru this type of rehab 4 yrs earlier. So we knew what to expect. Long story short, she had medical issues that prevented her from being able to have much rehab. She probably shouldn't have been sent to rehab to begin with. But, instead of realizing that rehab was having a negative affect on her health - they pushed for her to stay longer. I refused and brought her home. She is now under hospice care.
