Pat was amazing. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were pretty nervous about the whole process. Pat knows the area really well, so she was able to find us a house that we love. Patricia McGuire did a great job not only in the purchase of our home but selling some property that we had. She sold our property for more than I expected and quick. We cannot express our gratitude enough for all of her assistance and hard work in helping us find a home in the Port Charlotte area. It was a very hard 131 days to sale our home with buyers getting into contacts with us then walking away for reasons that had nothing to do with the home. Pat stuck it out keeping a great attitude and keeping our sprits up. In the end she sold our home. We will recommend her to anyone selling a home. Thank You Pat
