DRY COUGH: At urgent care, I am very fortunate that Dr. Patricia Lacsina was assigned to treat me. She prescribed 5 medications. Although the only one I heard of was Allegra, Dr. Lacsina's easy-to-read, 5-page report I received at the end clarified everything for me. Saw Patricia Lacsina, MD yesterday regarding a problem transferring medication from a pharmacy via an ER prescription. I recognized her from two years prior with a connotation of a negative visit but, i felt like that had no bearing on what I needed to say. Furthermore, she was deemed the most in-charge or head honcho. This doctor is very rude.I explained to her I was involved in a car accident and she tried to link my symptoms to pregnancy that I’ve had over 3 years ago!No bedside manners what so ever.You can feel a stare of judgement as soon as she walks in the room.
Dr. Patricia is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She communicates effectively and listens attentively. Highly recommend!
