Today I asked to schedule an appointment for an antibiotic for bronchitis. In the past, they would not allow me to discuss more than 1 issue per dr. appointment. So today, I mentioned there are other issues I would like to discuss. They said they couldn't get me in until mid-December and will not get me an antibiotic until I have been seen. They said they couldn't get me in sooner. I fought with them because I am on the verge of having pneumonia. Late on refill requests even sometimes overlooked. Very slow to answer MyChart emailed questions (online patient portal).
Dr. Vega and her office are extremely neglectful and do not care about their patients. We will he filing a complaint with the State of Ohio.
