I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the staff, particularly Tiara. I scheduled an appointment for 4/18, but immediately called to cancel. I also tried to speak with a supervisor, but there was no way to escalate the issue. It’s hard to believe that people are being hired to answer phones in such a manner. I should have read the reviews before requesting a referral, but my main concern was the long commute. I reached out to my PCP on 2/18, and the referral was sent on 2/20. I had chronic plantar fasciitis for years . Dr Antero suggested a minor surgery after trying some treatments with other doctors and recently here in Alabama that worked but not for long term. I’m very glad to say that my foot has been in the best shape in years because of this surgery. Thanks

Avoid Dr. Antero! Dr. Antero performed surgery on my foot, and it was a disaster. I used Dr. Antero 15+ yrs ago for ingrown toenails. I called Monday in hopes of getting an appt for other ingrown toenails. A (NON) gentleman answered the phone and told me that the first available was in Sept. I said wow, I guess I need to go ahead and make an appt for then and hope for a cancellation. He proceeded to tell me I had to have a referral to see the dr. NOT because of my insurance but bc she needed to know why I needed to see her and then they would call me if she agreed to see me. I said never mind! I was alrea... read more
