I had such an excellent experience with Ms. Patricia Leal NP. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took her time to listen carefully to my concerns. I felt I was well informed and genuinely cared for throughout my visit.
I just had my first appointment today, and the service here at Laredo Physicians Group is top notch. The admin and intake staff are fast, friendly, and informative. It was refreshing to experience such a short wait time compared to my visit to Dr. David Benavides’s office (3 hours and I never even saw the doctor or NP. I walked out).
