I have been a nurse for 34 years and have worked with many surgeons but never met one like Dr Kennedy. She spent almost 2h with us explaining the diagnosis treatment options & recovery. She showed us so much compassion, support and kindness. She took time for all our questions. From Dr Kennedy to her staff Jessica, Kendra, & Jackie thank you! It felt like we could finally exhale after a very difficult & long 2 weeks of waiting.
I called today to make an appointment and I was very confused about what the receptionist was telling me a d she said to me that she didn't understand why I didn't understand! I WAS very upset a shaking when I hung up phone, so I'm not going to make my appointment it doesn't matter! JACKIE WAS VERY RUDE SHE NEEDS TO STOP AND THINK ON HOW SHE SPEALS TO SO.EPNE IF THEY DONT UNDERSTAND.WHEN I HU G UP PHONE I IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY GYNO AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED and they explained it to me amd I understood in a second .
