In December 2010, I was informed that my insurance(MetLife)denied a procedure. An appeal was submitted by the dentist and I agreed to pay $500 for the procedure, which would be reimbursed IF the insurance paid. I received a statement in February 2011 from Metlife stating they approved the appeal & paid the procedure. Patricia Sargeant denied receiving payment & said she'd look into it. This Dr was never on time. very rude to staff and patients.Gets pre treatment verification and calls patients to tell them procedure is covered 100% when it's not. All fillings done on myself and daughter had to be done over.Poor skills both interpersonally and professionally
NEVER on time, treats her staff like crap, went there for years ALWAYS new staff. Her billing practices are unlawful, sends in pre-treatment estimates for work without patient authorization, then presents it to patient as "necessary". Pretty sad when your insurance company calls you every time you have treatment to verify treatment was performed.THIS WOMAN IS A BULLY, has a big mouth in the background but try to get her to pick up a phone to speak to you.

this doctor is not on time for any thing. Has no class and loves to belittle her own pt and staff and dose not think twice about doing it
THIS DR. IS ALWAYS LATE TO ARRIVE. DR. PARTICIA SARGENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, BEING THAT SHE IS INSULTING AND RUDE TO HER STAFF IN FRONT OF PATIENT.
THIS DENTIST NOT ONLY PERFORMED UNNECESSARY DENTAL WORK, BUT DID A POOR JOB OF THE WORK THAT SHE DID.
The reason I rated her this way was that while myself and my husband were seeing her for our teeth, she began an affair with him. I consider this unethical and immoral. She would question me constantly about him, but I had no idea she would truly come on to him. It obviously broke up our marriage of 16 years. I have lost trust in the medical profession and for very good reason.
