Patricia's Catering, catered our wedding reception, and I have nothing but astounding things to say about them. We had a chicken fried chicken with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, salad and a fruit salad. Every guest I have spoken with has raved about the food. My own mother told me the gravy was possibly the best she had ever tasted. The chicken was hot and flavorful! Patricia Catering did such a wonderful job with my daughter's wedding reception. She wanted comfort food. We had fried chicken and a mashed potato bar with assorted toppings. :) green beens, rolls and a caesar salad. People raved about the food. Kept saying the chicken was moist not greasy and the mashed potatoes were so so good. The best part was the brownie sundae bar instead of traditional wedding cake.
