Dr. Carter is an amazing doctor! I was referred to her when I moved to the East Bay over 17 years ago. I miss not seeing her. Many thanks to her for her time and attention to my overall health.
Dr. Carter is so caring and smart. She thinks outside the box. The office staff are friendly and really good with kids.
