They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was worried that the acupuncturist was going to wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear anything. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied! I appreciate their phone etiquette every time I call. I've never been put on hold for an unnecessary amount of time, they always make sure that they answer the phones quickly and give you their full attention!

Patricia is an expert and holds a masters degree in integrative and Chinese medicine. She is very warm and welcoming and caring for her patients and her practice. She will be very receptive and observant and understanding of your health conditions and takes a really unique approach to therapy solutions. I highly recommend seeing her.
