Dr. Klassen is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. She listens well to my concerns and gives great medical advice. I appreciate her referrals, too. She even called me at home herself to give me my x-ray report. Her nurse, Jennifer, is also a caring professional and a great listener.
I have found using My Chart to communicate what I hope to get out of an appt. and effective tool. I appreciate that she has read the communication and that establishes a talking point and outcome rather than doing the Q & A to find out if I have any needs. Recently there have been a number of issues I have been trying to resolve or regulate. She has been available to assist me, and responsive. Dr. Klassen is very thorough and wants to know all about your history and how are you feeling covers all the bases very good side bed manners, Very easy to talk to.
She as always is phenomenal! She is so thorough and takes time to examine and listen to my concerns. I am amazed at the care, concern, and professionalism I receive each and every time. I know her time is valuable and I appreciate that she is not rushed when it is my time. Jenn is one of the most compassionate nurses I’ve ever experienced. I know that both of these exceptional ladies are always concerned with my health. They are truly the best!
