RecommendedStaff is great and accommodating to my special needs son (whom is 25). They take all measures to make sure my son is comfortable and has a good experience. My only “complaint” is the lack of an accessible bathroom.
They are very gental with kids.

The dentists are nice, except for Dr. Banner. But the staff they have answering the phones are not only have the worst customer service, I do believe they might be some of the worst people alive. They put their own attitudes ahead of patient care. And the problem is if you have foster children or children on Medicaid they are who you're stuck with in Richmond. My son is 4 and does not do well at the dentist and even though he kicked and screamed they were very nice. I highly recommend them
I highly recommend this doctor's office. All the doctor's were so nice and patient.
