Deanna is very caring indeed but I found her information on PCH's was more for people seeking areas located in the south of Pittsburgh. I live north, so she had less information to offer me which wasn't helpful. I referred a colleague to her that lived more south but she was disappointed after visiting a PCH suggested by Deanna. Even when referred, it is important to investigate carefully for yourself any PCH prior to placing your loved ones :)
