Was rude while discussing what I wanted and trying to make the appt.. It was like I was boring her or something. Said she could do it but scheduled it 3 weeks out. We made the appt and then I received a txt 2 days later that the appt was canceled and if I wanted to see them to reschedule two weeks after that. Seriously? Oh, she asked me where I lived... perhaps they only do Estes Park residents. Totally unprofessional. I gave them one star for at least answering the phone.
