My husband and I stopped into the Morgan Hill store this morning and were greeted warmly by Ellie, the manager. We were looking for accessories for our current patio furniture. Although they didn’t carry that product, replacement covers for the bottom of the furniture legs, we have heard this at other stores as well, Ellie took the time to find us some resources, to help us find them. Very high quality products, we purchased multiple pieces and even though we had to wait a while for delivery due to supply chain issues ….it was worth the wait ! Ellie the sales manager is extremely courteous and very helpful, she called me multiple times regarding my order. She seems to run the store single handedly and does a great job - Thank you Ellie !!

(Note: this is probably a COVID specific review. Maybe this will be better when the supply chain problems are fixed.) Nice showroom, and pleasant helpful staff. I would have probably been more serious about purchasing here, except that (1) the items that they have on the showroom floor... they won't sell (2) they don't generally have the items on the floor in the warehouse. So we spent a lot of time with the staff liking one piece, then finding out it was not in stock in that color or that size, then trying to find another p... read more

I went here with every intention of taking home the patio furniture I wanted, and scheduling the installation of a patio covering. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. I tried to look past it as people can have bad days, but she spoke down to her employee and she seemed agitated by the presence of my toddler and infant daughters.
