Terrible experience. I went to the Thousand Oaks location to price $5,000 worth of outdoor furniture. My salesman was a hyper-active, strung-out man named Leonard. He prices out eight pieces for me and gives me a written quote, but mentions that if I wait a week, there likely would be a promotion that includes free sales tax, so I could save $326.
