I hired Patio World (Opp Construction) to make me two flower beds this spring. The agreement was they would surround them with retaining wall blocks, work up the soil, add peat and landscaping cloth, plant various plants and spread them with mulch. The agreed upon price was $900 for the entire job. After they finally did get around to doing the job the landscaping blocks were very poorly installed. They left big gaping wedges in between them.
