I called originally to try to see if they wanted to buy my hottub, understandably they couldn't as its old and the lady over the phone was very sweet about it. And offered me an alternative, bc granted i still wanted to get rid of my hottub from home, so she connected me with Janet and she was very helpful and offered me the sweetest deal and I am ever so greatful for all of their help. Very awesome people to work with. We worked with a lovely woman at the Fort Collins store named MJ. She was very pleasant and helpful in every aspect of choosing the right spa as well as jet packs installation info you name it. The wonderful crew who delivered our spa were prompt, courteous and super friendly Big shout out to Chris, Conner and Kai. !!! They were very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining operating procedures as well as treatments . Thanks to all for a great experience
My wife and I were able to work with Karissa as we explored looking into a new hottub. She was fantastic to work with, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of her we ordered a new Bullfrog hottub. We are very excited to get it in a few weeks.
