Extremely disappointed with Patio King and its owner, Christian. We began discussing a pergola project in early September, and after meeting on September 16, 2025, he presented himself as trustworthy and professional. Based on that—and a recommendation from a family friend—I gave him a $7,000 deposit to order materials and secure the job. I hired this contractor (Andres) to install a pergola at my home around Nov-Dec 2024. At the start of the project, he arrived with the wrong color (brown instead of the white that was requested). The pergola was installed, and although the design differed from what I expected, I did not pursue changes at that time. Approximately 2–3 months after installation, the pergola began leaking. Unfortunately we had to change the positive review. After giving 2 deposit for the job the owner: Andres Christian has disappeared.. no answer, nothing. We called many times. Sent messages.. but nothing. Beware
