This review is not for the buying process as that was seamless. Customer service for a warranty request: I submitted a warranty request online on the 3rd of November for LED lighr covers as 2 of mine just broke off, looks like the plastic became pretty brittle. I received a message back from Jami Linker on the 4th and it said that their technicians have been extremely busy and to be patient, but that someone would be reaching out to me soon, this is perfectly fine. The experience buying the hot tub was very easy, if i was to rate it on that alone i woukd gove it 5 stars. Chris is amazing, he got me so many different discounts & their hot tubs blow the competition out of the water.
Went in and talked to Chris. He was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. It’s hard to find people willing to give that kind of customer service. I appreciate the help Chris.
