Doesn’t answer email. Sling doesn’t work and already lost 3 weeks for a large order. I really don’t recommend them at all.
Outstanding customer service. Bought and installed a set of 4 slings. Had a problem with 2 of 4 slings. We provided pictures and they sent 4 replacement slings. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant company to deal with. They stand up to their warranty. Kudos.
We had an issue with our order. As soon as we called, Patio Direct took care of the situation and went above and beyond what we expected. We definitely will order from them again.
